>> Some recommended Korean dramas with strong plots 'cause I don't like the dramas which just for an eye candy with those good-looking actors/actresses:
1. 49 Days
It follows a story of a naive woman named Ji Hyun who were accidentally died, even though she wasn't destinied to die that time. So she was given a second chance to be resurrected. In 49 days she must collect 3 'genuine tears' that came from 3 different, non-family people, with the help of a
-Okay this story is so fantasy and manga-like. But that's the point! XD
2. Bread, Love, and Dreams *aka Baker King Kim Tak Goo*
It's about a boy named Tak Goo, who is a love child from a bread factory owner and his maid *and also his only true love*. His mother was kidnapped, and she's nowhere to be found. Tak Goo grew to a gangster who searched everywhere for his mother. Then he ended in a bakery, where he found his enemy, his lover, his old friend, and his rival....
-This film is much 'heavier' than the first one, but it's so touchiiing! It's about true love and friendsip and something about that~ *i recommend you to take a box of tissue, just in case*
3. God of Study
It tells you about a school full of gangsters, 'trashes', idiots, blah blah. A lawyer made a bet to the teachers that he would make a class consisted of small amount of hardworking kids that he'll train his own way to enroll them to the most super-prestigious university in Korea.
-What I love in this drama, is the kids have their own problems. They tried to overcome their weakness and they succeeded. Even though I found the system in Korea (or shoud I say Asian countries) are too harsh that only looks at good grades, this drama is kinda inspirative.....
